A fictional book framed by the imaginative ideas of a being can sometimes drive differently in the ocean of minds. Though one knows that the characters, plots, setting, is fabricated and based on the author’s imagination, we tend to believe it and get deep into the thoughts of the author tending to believe every inch of it. Added up to this, if the book remains suspense till the end appears to be more eye-catching and demanding along with the varieties in characters varying from one suspect to another.

Desai has been a very satisfying experience to me since I started my writing journey as a poet. And now whenever I get a chance to review a Poetry Collection book, I not only enjoy reading these new and expressive poems, where the Poet conveys some unheard messages through their words, but also I get the opportunity to learn something new regarding the composition of poetry, each time! About the Author: The Author, J.P. Desai was born and brought up in the remote village of Maharashtra in India where the poet passed his primary school while working as cowboy, supporting in the field. He struggled hard, suffered a lot working and studying from S.S.C. to graduation, post-graduation. He kept changing jobs from child labour to the clerk, finally settled, and made personal and family development as a secondary school teacher. He earned additional income teaching English in the tuitions classes. He successfully taught English as a subject for 35 years. He has been reading English literatures throughout the life, but did not get time enough to think and write anything. His novel “Thank you Dad” was published after the retirement based on educational experience. The extensive travelling enriched the overall knowledge. Book Cover: The portrayal of “A beautiful Lotus in the water body along with greenery and hill” in the book’s front cover is not just giving a very “Specular Impression” but also, creating a very optimistic and beautiful vibe just like the Book’s Title! The readers can interpret the book cover design in a thousand different ways as per their sense of interpretation, but the most common interpretation could be that the illustration on the book cover is showing the beauty of the Mother Earth! Readers’ Connect: The way, Authorhad expressed himself with his well versed poems in this poetry collection book, “The Blossoming Lotus” is something really incredible and is undoubtedly an enough reason for you to shift your focus towards his poems and give this book a chance. It is the poets, who plays the pivotal role in touching the inner cords of our emotions and making us believe and think the way their words intend to and Author-Poet,J.P. Desai had done this job in an exceptionally top notch manner! Moreover, the Author had beautifully expressed his feelings through his soulful words and had given a Strong-Start to the poems; also, you can see that most of these poems had retained their flow until the very end, which gives you an immense amount of satisfaction as a poetry lover. The best time to write a movie review is soon after getting done with watching it. Especially so, if it leaves you spellbound! Let me introduce you to one such freshly-released Bollywood flick – A Thursday. It’s a coincidence that last year these days I wrote a review of another power-packed movie called ‘The Last Color.’ To which I am receiving a whopping response even today. A set of coincidences are associated with me watching ‘A Thursday’ on a Thursday itself, but that’s a different thing. So, here I go with my opinion of the movie – First of all, kudos to Yami Gautam for being so awesome throughout the show. Quite frequently, she had to switch between the mode of a loving teacher and someone who was holding hostage 16 innocent kids. At places, her dialogue delivery is beyond brilliant. Although it appeared that she had to work hard to achieve those furious expressions, given her stunning real-life appearance, she has done an excellent job of bringing them out. I recall the time I once met her face-to-face at a mall in New Delhi, during the shoot of her first Bollywood break. She looked like a princess in real life too. And then you see her in this kind of role, managing it with grace. Now let’s talk about the movie. As it begins, you will wonder why they have taken the head cop as a lady. The one to hold hostage is a female herself. Until you find out that the PM of the country has been taken as a woman too. And you conclude that the movie is now going to revolve around women-empowerment. And yes, after watching the movie, you will be too speechless to declare it feminist or something. The way Naina Jaiswal (played by Yami Gautam) walks around inside the accomodation after putting forward her first demand, will every female-viewer of all the ill-judgements she had to bear so far in her life. In that particular scene, she looks like a fierce and furious wounded lioness – silent in appearance but her roar echoing in the ears of every Indian citizen at that moment. Naina’s conversation with Shalini on a prime time show will remind you of anyone who took advantage of you when you were going through a crisis. Moreover, the movie gives out the message that not everyone taking therapy or counselling to achieve better mental health is crazy. But all these points are just icing on the cake because the main message conveyed tops them all. To avoid spoilers, I’ll leave it unspoken right here. Such a grand movie with rather simple dialogues, yet so impactful. My favourite dialogue is the one delivered by the PM in the movie, which goes like this: “Emotions can be an asset.” The way she tackles the whole case based on emotions is mind-blowing. It’s hard to think of a point where this movie could have done better. If you haven’t watched it yet, I recommend you do so. If you have watched it, I would like to know your opinion about the movie. Children’s fiction is one of the most upgraded forms of writing – teaching children (and parents!) about the world around them, benefitting by the short stories, inputting it to use and perform in reality, living the childhood, modifying the child’s perceptions, reliving the bliss of one’s life.

This fantasy fiction title, “The Ocean In My Sky” by Author Ann Treasa Joseph tells the readers a very painful story of a mother’s sacrifice along with a son’s sorrows and the miseries of all those people who had lost their love in some or the other stage of their lives. The Author talks about some beyond the world things in this book, which are just imaginary but bit scary too. This book may amaze you with its extraordinary fictional tales or it may arouse some critical questions about the writing carried out by the author in his book. Moreover, there is not a single shred of doubt that this book is somewhat unique, which is trying to tell the readers a story in a very out of the box manner!
A cherished aspiration or ambition is the key to live one’s life and to change a world to a better phase and bring a worthy existence of the beings. Life without a goal or an aim is just not worth enough to survive in. Bookish knowledge, the daily reasoning, the teachings and preachings are not the ultimatum to survive and change the world. Instead, there must be a dream to fulfil amongst every particular being.
