One cannot deny the importance of money in life. It would be an escapist saying that only good virtues are needed to lead a happy life. Money is that one thing which can buy almost everything. It all depends on an individual to choose the way to earn money and live with it. We have many people who earn according to their mettle and have set up standards on how to lead a quality life. It is always a hypothetical argument on comparing happiness against money. Who doesn’t want money, and most importantly, who doesn’t want to be rich? The word rich has many layers. A rich person can be that person who is able to earn that much, which makes him happy, his family comfortable, and his life peaceful. A rich man is a man who is able to draw the amount of money in an emergency when a health issue arises suddenly, without seeking a loan from anywhere. A rich man also has dozens of the costliest cars, a holiday home, and lots of investments around. Well, we can never deny the famous saying- Money is Honey! Our attitude towards money starts from a very early age, say 5 or 6 years. When an aunt or grandma visits us over the summer holidays, they give a coin or a note to buy some chocolates and save the rest; a foundation for saving and investing starts. We can also see that children enact themselves as working parents, servant-master, and officer-employee where the words money and salary are often used. Thus, money is an integral part of growing from a child to a good and intelligent investor. In this book by Anand Sharmaa, the importance of money and how to become rich is explained in a hassle-free language with easy vocabulary and simple terms. The book has eleven chapters, and each chapter has its own charm of attracting the readers towards the important steps to be taken when one wants to become rich. The first chapter, The Power of Desire, clearly explains the amount of interest and enthusiasm that a person must develop from every nook and corner of his mind to buck up himself to earn and become rich. Likewise, in the other chapters, the author tries to instigate the interest in saving money and investing it in the future. The tone of the book is one of my favourites. It is authoritative but also friendly! It is almost like talking to a friend who is an intelligent investor is helping us to lead a calm life. Also, not to forget to mention the summarized points at the end of every chapter. Each chapter’s titles give an insight into what the chapter is about, but after reading it, the satisfaction that a reader gets is wonderful. Because of the simple language, the author can implant the things he wants to say to the readers out there seamlessly. Having read many international and national bestsellers like Rich Dad, Poor Dad or The Psychology of Money or Warren Buffet’s biography or Future Group’s – Kishore Biyani’s biography, this book, You Can Become Rich by Arvind Sharmaa, a short book of 50 odd pages that is a culmination of many such bigs and offers the readers the best experiencing in reading the laws of success in becoming rich. This is a definite recommendation to all those young people who want to become rich and to those people who are in the middle ground to reach the apex of a happy life!

Physical Book vs Digital Book
Of late, there is a considerable discussion between choosing physical books against Kindle or eBooks. It is a common comment that books lovers come across, i.e. “eBooks don’t give us the feel. If a book is in hand, it feels closer to the story or the characters “. While this argument goes on, the advent of Audiobooks has taken the reading ritual a new turn. Now, the debate is “listening to a book against reading it “. Again, the readers are divided into groups in this debate. When some people feel comfortable listening to the audiobook, others look at it as ‘cheating ‘. People learn differently. Every person has their own style to gather knowledge. According to a survey, there are seven different styles of learning. This can be checked here: Types of Learning Though people who are still not satisfied with the audiobooks, debatable points like: 1. Audiobook vs Reading comprehension2. Audiobook vs Reading speed3. Listening vs Reading memory4. Audiobook selection and acquiring These all are always in discussion. People who stick to physical books are often categorised as ‘old school’ while others as rich and technically sound. As an avid reader, I did not take much time to switch from physical books to eBooks and now to audiobooks. Keeping in mind the time taken to read, accessibility, affordability and most importantly, an individual’s choice, the focus should be more on the habit of reading but not the source. Tribhanga – Tedhi Medhi Crazy: Movie Review
Tribhanga is the story of women from three generations. The saga of love, ego and sensibilities are expressed from the three generations through the three characters. Senior actress Tanvi Azmi played the role of Nayanthara, who is a famous writer. Her daughter, Anuradha, played by Kajol, is a renowned actress. Anuradha’s daughter Masha, played by Mithila Palkar, is a practical married woman. Nayanthara and Anuradha share a turbulent relationship with hassles, and in turn, Masha is completely emotionless towards her mother, Anuradha. The story’s crux is about these complexities Anuradha and Masha face when Nayanthara slips into a coma. With such ace actors from three different generations of Hindi Films, the movie treats cinema lovers. Tribhanga is a serious women-centric film that runs on troubled relationships in a family but is often ignored or not talked about. The movie showcases the metamorphosis of mindsets when women belong to different generations. The performances are real and honest. Though the story is dark and a family drama, the underlying factor of relationships’ and their importance is shown well. Some dialogues and the emotional connection is illustrated well. However, the movie lacked the pace, and the amount of over drama irked me. Certain scenes show the old acts of mother-in-law, and her orthodox drama may not allure this generation of youngsters. But, on the other hand, the perfect acting sequences satiated the movie lover in me, and I felt happy that the movie ended on a good note. It s a good ride of 90mins emotional drama. Though a little slow, the movie can be watched. Criminal Justice Season 1 – Review
The unpredictability of life cannot be connected even with the events that take place in a moment. How one move can change the entire course of one’s life is what the viewers get to watch in “Criminal Justice Season 1” As the title indicates, this episodic series is centered around justice denied to the presumed criminal of a crime. How a few people come together and make a difference with their minds at work and the challenging hard work they do is what forms the central fragment of the series. The takeaways of “Criminal Justice Season 1” 1. Plot The plot seems pretty direct and clear, but the director makes sure that readers may not observe and miss out on the loopholes, which later become instrumental in shaping the plot for later unexpected twists. Simultaneously, the plot shows different lives as they progress both inside the prison, prison cell, and in the open, independent world. These representations also show how circumstances shape a person’s life into becoming what they would have never thought of, even in their wildest dreams. 2. Direction The direction seems to have begun with enthusiasm, but as the plot unfolds further, in the wake of showing prison life changes and the lives of characters as they are apart, some viewers may find themselves losing track due to the apparent slowness at one point. However, in the later episodes, the direction goes into the resilient mode and gets back on track with unpredictable plot turns which overshadows the earlier slow pace. 3. Thematic concerns Underlying the nail-biting plot, the OTT explores a variety of themes. These include modernity bringing loneliness in the lives of urban folk, the dangers of presumptuousness, generalizations and stereotypes which makes innocent people suffer and go through psychological trauma, media and its changing role in the society, the environment of a prison, and the different world that operates there, the superficial show of wealth by the wealthy, etc. 4. Actor’s performances Vikrant Massey fits into his character’s situations and problems effortlessly. He successfully shows the different stages his character goes through as any person in that situation would react. Pankaj Tripathi keeps it all simple, and through this simplicity, he shows the flip side of the profession his character belongs to. Among other actors, Jackie Shroff gives his share of contribution by showing the prison environment for how it is and how things work there as times change. Other characters also do justice to their roles and help in giving the plot the required strength to keep the viewers glued to their screens. “Criminal Justice” shows the irony that truth needs to be proven and brought into light when it is more or less ignored and unexplored by most, which is in contradiction to the famous proverb, “Truth Always Triumphs.” The viewers can sense the air of unusualness by the ominous signals given from the beginning, making them alert to closely observe the action. All viewers who are interested in watching OTTs that show reality closely without any sugar-coating should watch “Criminal Justice.” Title Criminal Justice Season 1 Main Cast Vikrant MasseyPankaj TripathiJackie ShroffAnupriya Goenka Genre Crime Thriller Director Tigmanshu Dhulia Writer Shridhar Raghavan Composer Sameer Phaterpekar Distributed By Hotstar Reviewed By: Akhila Saroha, The Literature Times

Guilty Movie Review | Kiara Advani | The Literature Times
The ReviewThe movie is a visual representation of #meToo movement that created jolts in and around the world. The Bollywood industry also had hard times when accusations on actors for the abuses that happened decades ago sprung up. In this movie, Nanki played by Kiara open up about child abuse and rape after many years. I found this is one of the few movies where the movie director gave Kiara a performance-oriented role, and to be honest, she just aced. The class differences, the gender differences, social injustice and the evil face of rich and powerful people are well shown. The CharactersThe movie runs around three main characters – Nanki played by Kiara Advani, Tina played by Akansha and VJ by Gurfateh Singh. Tina’s character resonates with the small-town girl who forces herself to enjoy the riches that she never had in whatever way she can. She takes all the steps irrespective of being right or wrong but showcases herself on par with the other rich girls in the college. Nanki is a muted voice and is a spoilt female for reasons like troubled childhood, and she is a silent volcano. VJ’s character is an arrogant yet reasonable person who is not afraid because he always has wealthy and influential parents backing him. The NarrationThe narration of the story and the scenes that help the scene to build a sense of rage, shock, and strength is well shown. The movie doesn’t bore the audience at any point in time. This shows the strength of the plot and its writing. The director, Ruchi Narain, sustained the interest and mystery behind the case very coherently. Many abuse cases and physical abuse victims, be it rape or other means of torture, often go unnoticed and unregistered. In this movie, there are two instances which make the audience think twice. One example is when Tina raises her voice to accuse VJ of raping her and another when Nanki opens up to the people about herself towards the movie’s climax. She unfolds the secret of child abuse rape. Few scenes where VJ’s mother was trying to save her son because they are rich and buy the law was a little funny because, in a country like India, everyone is equal before the law. There are cases where justice is late but is never denied. The movie is not another college story that dwells in romance and bling but serious matters of inequalities, injustice and muted voices. There are some scenes where the audience and especially the female audience will clench their fists. An allegation after Valentine’s day party by one of the students Tina creates ripples in the story. Nanki, a lyricist of the band where her boyfriend VJ is the lead singer is left in waters when Tanu accuses VJ of raping her! The investigation later unveils the unexpected turn in the story. As the investigation goes on, there are multiple other stories to keep revealing. This whole process in the movie hooks up the audience to their seats indeed. The matured and commendable performances by all the actors in the film are appealing.
