Professor (Dr.) Dewakar Goel is Science & Law Graduate with Masters in Business Administration, having specialized in Labour Laws from Indian Law Institute, he did his Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations and also in Training & Development from ISTD. A Ph.D. in Management under Prof. (Dr.) Sadhan Das Gupta, Calcutta University. He acquired INDIA- ICAO Fellowship in 2010.
We get the glimpse of his greatness by the fact that, he topped for selection in erstwhile International Airports Authority of India, and worked at Bombay, Delhi, Kolkata & Chennai International Airports. He was heading personnel and administration for Airports of six states of India at Southern Region and he also acted as Head of HR Directorate of Air Navigation Services. He rose to the highest level of Executive Director HR Airports Authority of India and was Director, Indian Aviation Academy, Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India. Presently, he is associated with Joint Aviation Authorities Training Organisation (JAATO) Amesterdam, Netherlands. He is an Advocate, Member of Supreme Court Bar Association and Delhi High Court Bar Association.
Author and Professor (Dr.) Dewakar Goel is that ‘Genius Personality’ who had authored as many as 18 Books on main-stream genres like Management, Law, Poetry and Stories. Also, his works have been translated in many Regional Indian Languages like Bangla, Tamil, Malyalam and Urdu, which simply portrays how much his work and writings are loved by the readers across the nation.

Dr. Dewakar Goel started his Professional Carrier from the level of Trainee to Personnel Officer in Private Sector, DCM Group. Later, he worked with International Airports Authority of India / Airports Authority of India on different managerial positions at Delhi, Bombay, Calcutta & Chennai Airports also at Corporate Headquarters, New Delhi and National Institute of Aviation Management & Research.
Then, he got to the position of General Manager Heading Personnel & Administration for all Airports in six states of South India for over 2 years. Served as General Manager (Training) in the Indian Aviation Academy, New Delhi for 2 years. Also as General Manager (HR) / Head HR Air Navigation Services, Airports Authority of India for 3 years. Finally, as the Executive Director (HR) Airports Authority of India & Director Indian Aviation Academy for 3 years.
