Self love : Be free feel free by Srishty Verma
Today, we are going to discuss about just to be free and feel free. But why you need to ask this to anyone, after all This is your life. You are allowed to change your mind. To change your heart. You are allowed to be different person, to wake up one day and not want to do things you’ve been doing all your life. You’re allowed to love who you want. To move on from the people who are not good to you. To let go of anyone without any kind of explanation. Without any kind of regret. You’re allowed to make mistakes. To learn from them. Or not to learn from them and experience everything all over again. You’re allowed to forget past if you want to. Or to stay in it but you must also understand that this is not how you will grow. You’re allowed to change careers. to dress differently. To chase different dreams. To change locations, even if, at first, you’re terrified to do so. You’re allowed to dislike yourself eye to eye with. To work on them until you’re completely comfortable with who you are. This is your life. Make it count. Make your own validation. Your own path. Your own way of life. And as I always say it’s okay to feel sad in good time. You can have a whole lot of reasons to be happy right in front of you and still can feel off, still feel sad, sometimes emotions are too complicated for words or even sense. It’s okay to feel sad in good times, but just remember regardless what happens todays, the sun will rise tomorrow. And you are going to love yourself again, find a new job again, feel powerful again. you are going to be back on track. you are enough. And you are not broken. Trust me you will get yourself back together, you will you’re your little pieces. You will find yourself happy again. Until then don’t give up on that, don’t give up on you. You’re a lot stronger than you want to believe. Now breath. Just close your eyes and breath, feel your existence, feel yourself and see how free you are… and I always say, there are something which can be only find inside yourself, not in other people. Make sure you are searching the right place.
Self-love (Euphoria) lesson 8
Euphoria (let’s find our real happiness): we have come so far in this journey of loving yourself. Today, we are going to talk about the finding our real happiness. As I already mentioned earlier that happiness is a feeling and it can be different for everyone. And what if I tell you that Euphoria is not something to finding our happiness, so, what is euphoria and how can we find that? Let me give you an example of my own self, I personally feel that there will never be anything that compares to finding new pieces of yourself didn’t even know you would discover, and I think that’s a big part of life I’ve overlooked. Not only will I grow up more and more but I will also meet more of myself. Maybe at 25 I’ll realise I love a certain food or at 30 I’ll want to learn piano or at 50 I’ll discover something new. Still now I don’t know yet all of who I am but I really want to know more. I feel just like me we all are discovering our real self slowly and slowly we are finding our Euphoria. and we all know that our life has meaning and purpose even if we can’t see it now. And it’s totally alright if you are still searching for yourself, its okay if u have to find your big life’s purpose. Don’t forget that, no matter how hard things get, you are still worthy, you are still good enough, your life is important and you deserve good things. But the most important thing is that you haven’t stop looking for it. As I already mentioned in my previous article that whatever we are searching outside its already inside ourself, we just need to find them. So, don’t sit still and wait for life come to you. Get out there, breathe in the sun, touch the sky, immerse yourself in the things that you love. Feel the warmth that today brings. Through this small article I just want to remind you that self-love isn’t selfish its important. Let’s find the cause of our “Euphoria”. –Srishty Verma.
Self-Love (Growth) Lesson7
Growth (part of being human): Today we are going to focus on our important topic growth. What is growth if I tell you in simple words growth is a sing of progress or a development. Now let’s focus on the what is self-growth and self-development? Successful personal growth is not only about the value to your own life, but value to those who are around you and the society. In this life we are confronted with n numbers of situations and experiences which test and define who we really are. Some of these experiences are rewarding while some of them are painful. But the one thing that they all in have common is that they contribute to our growth. Let’s understand this process with an example. many of us may have watched the waves at sea. They rise, then fall, then rise again, then fall again… and this cycle continue endlessly. It is the same with our experience of the world and its objects and relationships. We may find happiness, but this happiness will soon turn to sorrow. The sorrow that we feel will subsequently turn back to happiness, but this oscillation continues endlessly. In order to maintain inner balance, we need to find peace within instead of depending on the external world. it’s ok to outgrow your interest. It’s ok to outgrow certain people. It’s ok to outgrow labels you once identified with. It’s ok to outgrows labels and beliefs and opinions. Its okay to outgrow the things that you once loved and the things that defined you, because growth is part of being human. You’ve come so far. Don’t be ashamed of your progress. You won’t believe me but in we are growing a little bit more each and every day. Trust me you are not behind in life. You’re going at your own pace. It’s better to do things the right way with time than to rush things. Don’t stress yourself out too much over a self-conceived timeline, don’t stress cause you, I and we all are growing at our own speed. And I also hope you grow up knowing there are infinite ways to be who you were meant to be, don’t limit yourself. I hope you love who you become. Today’s reminder: “you don’t just wake up and become the butterfly, growth is a process”. -Srishty Verma
Acceptance (self- love) Lesson 6
Today through this article we are going to discussing about the one of the most important anddifficult terms of our life “Acceptance”. According to human psychology acceptance is a “person’sassent to the reality of a situation, recognizing a process or condition (often a negative oruncomfortable situation) without attempting to change it or protest it.” But what if I tell you whatever we are reading and watching is not a real meaning of acceptance. AsI already mention in my last few articles that whatever we want and needs from world is alreadyinside us and we just need to find them to recognise them. Let me explain you with an example,BTS leader Kim Namjoon once said in his UN (2016) speech that: “Maybe I made a mistakeyesterday, but yesterday’s me is still me. Today I am who I am with all of my faults and my mistakes.Tomorrow I might be tiny bit wiser and that’d be me too. Theses faults and mistakes are what I am,making up the brightest stars in the constellation of my life”. In his speech he clearly mentioned and talked about the power of loving ourself power of acceptingour all good and bad qualities. He also said “I have come to love myself for who I am, for who I was,and for who I hope to become”. I know it’s frustrating when you don’t feel like you’re where you should be or not doing enough, butplease take things slow try to live in the moment, take couple of moments to just appreciateyourself, to look how far you’ve come, look how hard you’ve been fighting. Just accept your real self. Its okay to get lost in the things that you love. In nature, in music, in art. Don’t rush yourself slowlygradually accept everything, your existence because when we rush, we often miss out on thebeautiful subtleties of life. Sometimes all we needed is a moment of silence, hear the birds singingtheir songs, feel the softness of the air against your face. To relax and allow your mind to take noticeour beautiful life. If we allow our self then we experience that a whole lot of life left to live, a lotmore art to make, more love to give and a lot more ocean to see. There is no better feeling thanwhen we accept our real self, because once we know us we will stop caring about others’ opinionsand what they think of us and then we will being able to appreciate all the little things that wealready have and makes our life wonderful, and when we embrace the weird and wonderful side ofus, it will open doors for a more beautiful opportunist for us, self- care and much more positiveattitude towards our life. “Trust me our present needs us more then our future does”. Todaysreminds for us “stop hating yourself for everything you aren’t and start loving yourself for everythingyou already are”. – By Srishty Verma.
Self-love Comparison (most poisonous element) Lesson 5: Srishty Verma
Now it’s time to talk about very familiar term for today’s generation is comparison. Which we normally do with ourselves and sometimes our family and friends also do for us. Now a days competition among each other is quite higher than before, because pressure of getting and maintain first position is really important for today’s generations. Maybe that’s why sometime some of us try to compare ourselves, our parents with our classmate, our teachers with other students, relatives, friends and almost everyone. But is comparison with others really good for our mental health? And the answer is No. Comparison shows that we are searching or trying to get rid from the reality. It’s also the enemy of creativity. Yesterday, I was reading an article about why you should stop comparing yourself to others and it says: “if comparing is how you evaluate your worth, you will always be losing. In this game of life, you will never reach a point where you are better than others in every way and why would you want to be.” Gurudev Sri Sri Ravishankar once said: your comparison with your own performance is better, is healthy, but if you start comparing with others in all probability, you will feel jealous. We normally feel that comparison make us better, but in reality, every comparison brings us suffering. Buddha says whenever we compare ourselves to others we are collecting suffering. We should allow ourselves to grow, without the pressure of comparing ourselves with others. In spite of comparison, we need to understand that every individual is different from each other, every person struggle is different and there is no comparison between moon and sun, they both shine in their own time. And there are few causes of comparing ourselves. It damaging our self-respect. It can cause depression. Self-doubt. Lack of confidence. And so, on Its death of joy. These are few causes of comparing ourselves with others. When we compare our life to someone else’s, it’s usually the result of us not feeling good about ourselves. Let it be live each day like it’s your last just put 100% in very things. Today’s reminder: Personality begins where comparison leave, be unique.
