Love is a beautiful feeling – a feeling that certainly cannot be described in words! However, even in this journey of love, one has to take several tests. Moreover, only when one passes the various tests, which occurs in a relationship, the love sustains. Otherwise, love is a very delicate feeling, which can be lost if once this feeling gets hurt.

Why so serious? (self-love) lesson 9
we have come almost at end of this loving ourselves journey, this journey started from having faith, to making an effort, becoming more patience to accepting yourself and start growing and in last week we find our real cause of euphoria. Now, I hope you realized you didn’t have to be so tough all of the time. You can break down, fall and fail or pause. You were allowed to feel whatever was troubling you because, like others, your feelings are valid. I also hope none of your fears were your fault. Allow this to sink in: life sucks big time. But it’s also beautiful at the same time, because you were a part of it. And it will always be beautiful because you made it. Today, it’s not just an article it’s a small message to all us: lets ask ourself why so serious? Don’t take things so seriously to the point where you’ve lost all enjoyment for the things you used to love. Why so serious? When we all know that our life is so short; we must allow ourself to feel, to heal, to explore more about us. In our previous article we have already discussed that healing comes in waves. On someday you will drown, and on other days you will float. Same like that care yourself as deep as you would care for anyone else. It’s already good enough to know what you don’t want. You don’t have to know your life purpose, life passion, or career path will be when you are still so young. You don’t need to have it all figured out. There is still time. You don’t need to have the next decades of your life planned and mapped out. I think sometimes we can be really good at giving out advise, but we never take it for ourselves. So, take your own advice. Trust your instincts, you already know the right path, you just have to stop second guessing yourself. wherever you are on your journey, just take the time out to celebrate how far you’ve come, appreciate those days which was not so great but you could manage to face them and cope up, just look how hard you’ve been fighting. Look at how miraculously strong you’ve been. Why so serious? When there’s so much more to life than what it feels like right now, so if you’re in that dark place, know that there are much better and brighter things out there. So, this is your reminder to take it easy. Don’t push yourself so hard that you completely spiral out of control. Don’t keep going until you’re only running out on fumes. Take care of yourself, respect your limits, and recharge when you need to. – Srishty Verma.

Interview with Author Hemant Saxena
Writing has been my first love since high school days. During this time, I was creatively engaged in writing small plays for a local group of theatre enthusiasts in my hometown Jabalpur of which I was also a member. Seeing my stories coming alive on the platform of theatre and small adulations coming my way encouraged me a lot. My father saw this streak in me and helped me realize for the first time that I wanted to write. I continued penning short plays, stories and poems as I grew up and finished graduation but never got to publish these. Those were not the days of internet explosion and therefore no one except for my close family and a few friends, knew of my desire to write and reach out to a wider audience.
Quality Education – Dr. V Subbiah Bharathi
“A quality education gives all students knowledge they need to be economically productive, give them a voice, build long term sustainability, participate to free and stable societies, and improve individual well-being.” The needed learning objectives vary depending on the setting, but by the conclusion of the education cycle, they must contain threshold levels of reading and numeracy, fundamental scientific knowledge, and life skills such as illness awareness and prevention. Throughout this process, capacity building to raise the efficiency of educators and other stakeholders in education is critical. We believe that education contributes to empowerment, which is a way to strengthen people, organizations, and communities so that they may have more influence over their own environments and situations. Quality education is critical in the fight against poverty and social inequality. In an excellent education, we specify six aspects that all organizational interventions must achieve. Equality The meaning refers to “all students.” Non-discrimination and equity are referred to by this word. Equity in education implies that personal and societal conditions such as race, ethnic origin, or family history are not impediments to reaching academic value and that all persons achieve at least a baseline minimum level of abilities. focuses on social equity in particular. Relevance and Contextualization Quality of education cannot be predicated on a template that applies to all situations. Education system solutions and adjustments should be based on the actual demands of a country or community. Teaching and Learning for Children Quality education places the student first and allows him or her to attain his or her greatest potential. Quality education necessitates the active engagement of children. Sustainability Educational transformation procedures frequently require more time to be achieved. The goal is to institutionalize these procedures by strengthening the capacity of local education administrations. A Well-balanced Approach Quality education strives to create in children a balanced set of skills needed to become economically useful, build livelihood security, participate in peaceful democratic communities, and improve individual well-being.Learning Objectives. Children must have gained a minimum level of abilities after finishing a particular degree in school. A results-oriented approach is required for quality education. – Dr. V Subbiah Bharathi
What Covid-19 taught us? – Dr. V Subbiah Bharathi
As we confront several more months of the COVID-19 epidemic, the decisions made by the leaders – of governments, corporations, and other entities – have a greater effect on how we live and work than ever before. A new, worldwide, and the extremely infectious virus has brought new criteria for practically every decision we make, from taking our kids to school to going groceries to even the constant reminder to wear a mask. In this setting, we want leaders that inspire optimism, demonstrate accountability, and provide the groundwork for a new style of decision-making. Collaborate and learn across boundaries. While most of the globe remains geographically limited, the problem-solution required to solve this epidemic and its consequences must transcend national, sectoral, educational, and other borders. Leaders in all businesses must seek unusual and unusual methods to learn. Humanize the other Overseas assignments, lockdowns, and closings of schools have all had an impact on us, albeit in different ways. While some can deal with the stress and practicalities of a significant change in their daily lives, others are overwhelmed by unexpected unemployment, health issues, and acute isolation. In uncertain times, practice humility. While conventional leadership emphasizes the value of conviction, it does not often highlight the value of humility. Leaders are not omniscient, and the era of unwavering devotion to leaders is long gone. Many leaders have made the classic mistake of feeling their judgment is authoritative, as anti-discrimination groups have demonstrated. Demonstrate the willingness to change. This epidemic has taught us the value of adaptability, such as working from home while educating children, keeping relationships while socially separating, and devising creative methods to keep busy amid lockdown measures. COVID-19 has left very few aspects of our past existence untouched. The extent to which people’s lives are changing may generate mass burnout and dread, and it is a leader’s responsibility to set an example. COVID-19’s consequences have increased existing dangers such as the environment, healthcare, and economy, but they have also exposed fresh systemic issues. The hopeful news of a possible vaccine to be provided in the following months raises the prospect of a post-pandemic future. Nevertheless, adapting to the new baseline will need strength and resolve, and the only way to rebuild better will be via fresh leadership ideas.

“Mixed Emotions” By Lakshita Bhargava-Book Review
Children’s fiction is one of the most upgraded forms of writing – teaching children (and parents!) about the world around them, benefitting by the short stories, inputting it to use and perform in reality, living the childhood, modifying the child’s perceptions, reliving the bliss of one’s life.
